  • What are your candles made of?
Our candles are carefully made with coconut soy wax, that is gluten free, toxin free and paraben free that gives an even slow burn.
  • What kind of wick do you use?
We use wooden wicks in all of our candles. Our Crackling wicks produce a relaxing ambiance similar to a fireplace.
  • Can I use the lid/top to put out my candle?
We test our candles by using a candle snuffer to put the flame out. Placing a candle topper or lid on top of the candle is a safety hazard. The candle could potentially overheat or shatter.

Your first burn should last 60 plus minutes so the wax can melt evenly.
  • Trim Wick
For optimal burn, keep your wood wick trimmed to about 1/8" and clean off any burnt wood from previous use.
  • Burn Time
Avoid burning your candle for more than 3 to 4 hours to preserve longevity of the scent in the candle.
  • Safe Candle Placement
Place candle on a stable, heat resistant surface away from flammable objects before lighting.
  • Putting the Candle out
Use a candle dipper or candle snuffer to keep the wicks from moving away from the center and avoid wax splatter.
